Time Frame for Completion
Current time frames for completion of “Your Bespoke Venetian Wish” are:
1 - 2 weeks for 9” x 12”*
2 - 3 weeks for 11” x 17”*
3 - 5 weeks for 18” x 24*
*from the time a Venice subject is decided between the artist and the client
Current time frame for completion of “Your Bespoke Venetian Surprise” (which are all 8” x 10”) are:
1 - 2 weeks of receiving your order
Returns
Because of their custom nature, commissioned Venice watercolors cannot be returned for a refund. However, if you are not completely delighted with your new artwork, it can be exchanged, or returned for store credit provided it is returned within (5) days of delivery. Artwork must be received in the condition it was sent and be accompanied by all other packing materials and items including Certificate of Authenticity, in order to be fulfilled. All shipping fees are non refundable. It is recommended that originals be shipped back with insurance, as I cannot provide store credit, refund, or exchange for items damaged during return shipment. Please receive authorization prior to returning your purchase by contacting me through my “Connect” page.
Sales Tax & Pricing
The business, Sophia A Khan, is located in NY, USA. Purchases being shipped to NY addresses will be charged the appropriate state and local sales tax.
