Shop Policies, Terms of Use

 

SHIPPING

Originals. Originals will be shipped within three business days of receiving payment.

Prints & Greeting Cards. All prints are custom made to order.  Please allow up to 14 days for printing and proper drying time. Greeting cards are shipped within three business days of receiving payment. Shipments are mailed via USPS Priority for domestic and First Class for International.  Delivery within the US typically takes 1-3 business days.  Delivery outside the US will vary by country. Purchaser is responsible for any customs or related charges for delivery outside the US.

If you have purchased multiple items in one order, and these including prints, your order will ship together, according to the shipping time estimate of prints.

I currently ship to several international countries.  If your country is not listed during checkout, you may contact me via my "Connect" page and I will create the appropriate shipping option for you.

RETURNS

Commissions (including bespoke Venetian Horizons)

Because of their custom nature, commissions cannot be returned. However, if you are not completely delighted with your new artwork, it can be returned for an exchange or store credit, provided it is returned within (5) days of delivery. Artwork must be received in the condition it was sent and be accompanied by all other packing materials and items including Certificate of Authenticity, in order to be fulfilled. All shipping fees are non refundable. It is recommended that originals be shipped back with insurance, as I cannot provide store credit or exchange for items damaged during return shipment. Please receive authorization prior to returning your purchase by contacting me through my “Connect” page.

Prints and Original

Prints and originals may be returned for a refund, if they are returned within (5) days of receiving them. Items must be received in the condition that they were sent and be properly and carefully packaged with all packaging materials and receipt included.  The Certificate of Authenticity must also be included.  All shipping fees are non refundable.  It is recommended that originals be shipped back with insurance, as I cannot provide a refund for items damaged during return shipment.  Please receive authorization prior to returning your purchase by contacting me through my "Connect" page.

Wanderlust Art Letters

For one month, or three month subscriptions, letters are final sale once the first letter has shipped out.

Digital Products

There are not refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital purchases, including art images for licensing, or online courses.

DIMENSIONS & COLORS

Dimensions for prints and originals are rounded to 1/4 inch for imperial units and to the nearest centimeter for metric units.  All prints come with an additional white border all around, to allow for various framing options.

Colors of the actual print or original may vary slightly from what you see due to differences in monitor / mobile device settings.

SALES TAX & PRICING

The business, Sophia A Khan, is located in NY, USA.  Purchases being shipped to NY addresses will be charged the appropriate state and local sales tax.

All prices are in US Dollars.
